Couture discipline, production scale
Our plant in Guzhen, Zhongshan — the lighting capital of China — runs CNC machining, anodising and optics assembly under one roof. Small ateliers finish what the lines produce: hand-polished bezels, colour-matched cables, gift-grade packing.

Send drawings, an IES target or a competitor sample. A lighting engineer replies within 24 hours with feasibility and budget bands.

Optical & finish sampling
Golden samples in 5–7 days with measured IES files and anodise swatches. Sample cost credited against your first order.

Tooling & DFM
Our tooling shop cuts extrusion dies and casting moulds in-house — T1 samples in 21 days, tooling ownership contractually yours.

Mass production
15–25 day standard lead time. IPQC at every station; weekly photo and video reports until your order leaves the line.

Photometric QC & aging
Every unit ages 8 hours at full load; sampled units return to the sphere. OQC inspects to AQL 1.0 before sealing a single carton.

Export packing & shipping
Drop-tested cartons, project-coded labelling, documents for customs. EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP — your incoterm, our paperwork.
